The Miss Lassen County contestants are getting ready for their big pageant tomorrow night at the Lassen County Fair! The annual scholarship pageant, held in the grandstands, starts at 8:00p.m. and you can click here to buy your tickets online.

Now let’s meet our 2017 Miss Lassen County Pageant contestants!
Devyn Stamback – Devyn is the 17-year old daughter of Amanda and Chris Stamback. She loves animals and has two dogs, two cats, and two rabbits as pets. She enjoys painting, being in nature and lists ‘anything Italian’ as her favorite food.
Devyn is a female wrestler at Lassen High School and plans to become a zoologist after graduation.
She is sponsored by Michelle Hunter of Farmer’s Insurance and Diamond Truck and Auto.
Emmalee Lott – Emmalee is the 17-year old daughter of Amy and Kurt Lott. She will be a senior at Heartland Christian Academy this fall where her favorite subjects are chemistry and creative writing.
Emmalee is very artistic and enjoys drawing, playing piano, ballet, and reading. Her favorite foods are fettucini alfredo, lima beans, homemade ice cream, and bacon.
She is sponsored by Lassen Social Media.
Kassie Sandborg – Kassie is the 16-year old daughter of Annette and David Sandborg. She will be a senior at LHS and enjoys math and science, cheering on the football team from the sidelines, and competing with FFA.
She has a menagerie of pets that include 3 horses, 2 pigs, 2 goats, 2 dogs, 1 cat and numerous chickens and ducks.
Kassie is sponsored by Wheels West.
Madee Cluck – Madee is the 16-year old daughter of Heather and Danny Cluck. She will lead the LHS Class of 2018 as their senior class president when school resumes in the fall.
She enjoys going to the lake, traveling, riding horses, hunting, and is a three sport athlete competing in field hockey, basketball, and track.
Madee is sponsored by Theresa and Fred Nagel, wedding officiate and land surveyor respectively and Jackson’s Service Center.
Madisen Wallace – Madisen is the 17-year old daughter of April and Greg Wallace. She is a student of both Lassen High School and Lassen Community College.
She will complete her associate’s degree in economics at the same time she fulfills her high school graduation requirements.
Madisen is very active in her school community, participating in drill team and volunteering at the Convalescent home and homes shelter.
She is sponsored by JDX and Milwood Florist.
Tatum Thomas -Tatum Thomas is the 17-year old daughter of Colleen and Gary Thomas. She is a recent graduate of Lassen High School and will attend Lassen Community College in the fall.
She enjoys swimming, reading, and working out and is interested in the medical field and how the world works.
Her favorite foods are pizza and sushi and she lists science, history, and English as her favorite subjects.
Tatum is sponsored by Diamond Mt Casino and Susanville Supermarket IGA.
Taylor Shannon – Taylor is the 16-year old daughter of Kristin Hoelzle and Phil Shannon. One of Taylor’s loves is volleyball, which she has active in since 6th grade. She plays competitively with the Northern Nevada Juniors and the Lassen High varsity team.
Taylor is active in 4-H and FFA and says that hamburgers and popcorn are her favorite foods.
Taylor is sponsored by Dr. Ross Northrup, DDS.
