The Lassen Community College Board of Trustees is announcing an election to fill the vacancy in Trustee Area 1 – Susanville Elementary School District, which will be combined with the Statewide Special Election to be held September 14th, 2021.
According to the school this change has been made to save taxpayer dollars. The filing period for this vacancy is short due to it being a Special Statewide election.
The filing period for this election is one (1) week, commencing July 9th and closing on July 16th, 2021.
Interested and qualified candidates must file candidacy papers with Julie Bustamante, Lassen County Clerk/Recorder’s Office.
