After 5 years of serving in administration as Assistant Principal and Principal for Lassen High School, Tom Ready is stepping down from his position at the end of this academic year.
An announcement posted to the school’s website says Ready is, “looking forward to the next phase in his career during which he wants to have a continued impact on student success.”
“Tom anticipates a great spring semester leading to graduation, and a smooth transition for our schools moving forward with our vision. He expects great things for the new Principal serving in this important and privileged position.”
According to the announcement Ready, “wishes to thank students, parents and staff for their support for students and staff during this transition time.”
Ready was awarded a national Christa McAuliffe Fellowship for the 1997-98 school year in the areas of drama, literacy and educational restructuring.
