A Susanville woman, whose name is not being released by police at this time, was killed early Monday morning after she was struck by a vehicle while she crossed Main Street near the intersection of Mesa Street.

According to details released by Susanville Police Chief Kevin Jones, officers responded to the traffic collision at around 6:30a.m., arriving on-scene to find a female in the roadway who had sustained major injuries.
