Summer Season at Community Pool Underway with Social Distancing in Place

Summer is here and the Honey Lake Valley Community Pool has announced a new schedule, full of opportunities for lap swims, water aerobics and public swims 6-days a week with social distancing and COVID-19 precautions in place.

Until August 15th, Monday through Friday, Lap Swimming and Walking will be offered from 7:00 until 8:00a.m. Lap swim and aerobics will be held between 8:00 and 9:00.

Monday through Thursday mornings there are swim lessons, which are currently full.

At noon each day the pool will offer a Public Swim session. The pool will be closed from 2:00 to 2:30 for cleaning and will then reopen for Public Swim until 4:30.

From 5:00 to 6:00p.m. there will be more lap swimming and aerobics.

On Tuesday and Thursday, from 6:15 to 7:45p.m. there will be Family Swim, an evening time designated for families to come enjoy the pool after getting off work.

Saturday at noon the pool will be open for Public Swim until 2:00 when it will be closed for half an hour for cleaning. Public swim will resume from 2:30 until 4:30.

The pool is closed on Sunday.

Adult admission is $6, children and seniors get in for $4. Swimmers must be 15 years old to attend exercise classes. Lap Swim is $4 and Aqua Aerobics is $6.

Family Swim is $4 per person.
