The next “Rooptown 9” Neighborhood Watch meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 22nd, at 6:00p.m., at the Lassen Senior Center, 1700 Sunkist Drive, in Susanville.
The group will now be meeting on the fourth Tuesday of each month.
“Rooptown 9” NW’s area covers west of Grand Avenue up to just west of North Roop Street and from Main to Chestnut Streets.
You might ask what is Neighborhood Watch? A watch program is a group of people living in the same area who want to make their neighborhood safer by working together and in conjunction with local law enforcement to reduce crime and improve their quality of life.
