Robert O. Elliott II “Rob”
Robert O. Elliott II “Rob” passed away peacefully at the age of 65 in his home in Chico, California on June 28, 2021, where he had lived for the past 12 years.
Rob was born to Robert 0. and Freda Elliott on January 18, 1956, in Long Beach, California. In 1969 his family moved to Susanville where he attended Johnstonville Elementary and graduated from Lassen High School in 1974. Rob worked for Coin Lumber Company and Sierra Pacific as a millwright.
Rob married Kandi Lemmel of Susanville on August 28, 1982. If you asked Rob, he always said his greatest achievements were his two amazing children Nick and Karli and his grandchildren Cameron, Khloe and Tytus. Grandpa Rob would go to little league games and family dinners while visiting. In Chico they would go swimming and explore Bidwell Park. Rob was a die hard fan of the LA Dodgers hardly ever missing a game. He had several good friends in Chico where he was a man of all trades that could fix anything.
Rob was preceded in death by his parents Bob and Freda Elliott. He is survived by his former wife Kandi Elliott, son Nick Elliott and daughter Karli (Alton) Elliott-Brazzanovich, three grandchildren, Cameron, Khloe and Tytus, sister Cindy Elliott, nephew Justin Simon all of Susanville, California and nephew D.J. Simon of Las Cruces, New Mexico.
A celebration of life will be held at the T & A Lounge on Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Please bring a memory or story to share to remember a wonderful man who will be greatly missed.
