Martin Robles
Martin Robles: son, brother, husband, father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Great-Great Grandfather passed away on June 26, 2019, at the age of 94.
He was born November 11, 1924 in San Cristobal De la Barranca, Mexico, in the State of Jalisco. Martin had been a resident of Lassen County for more than eighty years coming to Susanville in 1945. He met and married Dorothy Velasquez in 1949. They raised four children, Marty (Joleen); Robert (Elaine); Fred (Nicky) and Cammy (Tom Voss). Six sisters, one brother, and his wife Dorothy of nearly 70 years preceded his death. He has eight Grandchildren, 13 Great Grand Children, one Great-Great Grandchild and one niece.
Martin worked for the Lumber Industry 43 years and after retiring he became known for his amazing garden. He and his wife moved to Henderson, Nevada to live with their daughter & son in-law in September 2015 for health reasons.
On July 13, 2019 a Celebration of Life was held in Sacramento, CA. for immediate family and close friends.
