Do you love to sing and dance? Come be a part of Lassen County’s largest annual theatrical production! The 2019 Susanville Best of Broadway concert series is gearing up for their March performances with another day of auditions scheduled for November 4th from 12:00 to 4:00p.m.
Best of Broadway is looking for talented actors and actresses, soloists, chorus singers, costume designers, dancers, seamstresses and makeup artists.
For the more technically inclined the production offers jobs in lighting and sound design, scenery construction and rigging crews.
Auditions are open to everyone age 6 and up and will take about an hour and a half.

Production Manager Lisa Bernard is asking all potential cast members who wish to try out for a solo to come prepared to sing a verse and a chorus of one of those songs on the list.
“If you don’t want a solo,” explains Bernard, “be prepared to sing a verse and chorus of a song of your choice.”
Bernard recommends that you dress comfortably and wear appropriate footwear for the dance portion of the audition.
“Everyone will learn a short dance routine at auditions and you must do the dance audition and the vocal audition as everyone in the show sings and does choreographed movement. You don’t have to be a trained dancer but we need to gauge your ability and know you’re willing to try. We can’t wait to meet you.”
