Lassen County Public Health is conducting a needs assessment to see how the families and children in Lassen County are being affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.
The survey’s five simple questions include the number of children in your family and their age, hardships you are experiencing, things you can find or buy and services you are unable to receive.
Detailed answers to these five questions will help Public Health determine the emergency needs of the families in Lassen County.
