The community is invited to join the Chamber board as we celebrate the remodel completion of Golden One Credit Union, Thursday, March 14, 2019, from 6-7pm. The Golden 1 Credit Union staff is excited to celebrate the completion as they host an Open House that will include food and beverages, as well as a chance for a prize giveaway. Learn what it takes to start a business. The Chamber has teamed up with SCORE to present a free 2 hour workshop “Basics of Starting a Business” Monday, March 18th, 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The workshop will be held at the Business and Career Network, 1616 Chestnut Street, Susanville. This session is for anyone who is interested in starting a business or has been in business for less than a year. The Chamber board of directors is accepting applications to fill an unexpired board vacancy; the board term runs thru December 2021. If you are a Chamber member and are interested in applying to fill the board vacancy, stop by the Chamber office, located at 1516 Main Street, to pick up an application. Applications must be returned by Monday, March 11, 2019
