The Chamber will be showcasing Lassen County, for the third year, at the Reno Outdoor Recreation, RV & Boat Show that will be held at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center this weekend, March 16, 17, and 18, 2018. The Chamber board and other community volunteers will be staffing the booth and handing out area recreation information. Thank you to the many volunteers for helping us in promoting Lassen County.
You may have noticed a new addition at the Chamber office; a new state of the art digital sign that was installed last week. This sign was made possible thanks to a generous grant provided by Diamond Mountain Casino and Hotel. Â The digital sign will be able to display full-color graphics and once installation is complete, and we learn how to use the software, will allow for advertising of messages, businesses, and events. Mark your calendar for the next Chamber mixer that will be hosted by Eagle Lake Village on Thursday, March 22nd, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Mixers are a great opportunity to check out what local businesses have to offer in a relaxed setting. Everyone is welcomed to attend and we encourage you to bring a friend.
The Annual Spring Home, Garden, and Outdoor Recreation Show is being planned for Saturday, April 28, 2018, at the Lassen County Fairgrounds, from 10am to 3pm. A new category addition to this year’s show is wedding vendors. This event is always well attended and a great way to showcase your service or business at the one day show that has a large attendance; Vendor and booth space applications can be downloaded from our website www.lassencountychamber.org .
