According to Lassen County Clerk-Recorder Julie Bustamante there are 1,849 Vote by Mail ballots that were turned in at the polling locations on Election Day, and 252 Provisional Ballots remaining that need to be processed and counted as of this morning.
Bustamante explained that the office hopes to have the processing of those ballots completed by Friday night.
The Official Canvass will begin on Thursday at 9:00 AM.
