Assistant Food Service Supervisor

SALARY:
$18.45-$27.25/hour Dependent on Experience
ASSIGNMENT:
8 Hours Per Day, Monday-Friday,
188 workdays
DUTIES:
Under the supervision of the Chief Business Officer. Supervises and participates in the preparation, cooking and service of food for students and adults. Plans menus, assuring that standardized recipes and approved price schedules and portion controls are followed. Orders appropriate quantities of food and supplies and assures proper storage and authorized use of same. See attached job description.
REQUIREMENTS:
Certification as a Food Service Assistant from the American
School Food Service Association is desirable; obtaining and maintaining a current Serv Safe certificate is required. Valid California Driver’s License. CPR& First Aid Certification (may obtain after hired). Clear TB Test upon hire.
