Evacuation Resources List 8/21/20

If you have room for people, animals and/or RV’s and would like to be added to the list you can email your information to [email protected].

People need to leave the evacuated area.  Please use caution and be courteous to your neighbors.  Drive with your headlights on and yield to emergency personnel.  Residents needing assistance evacuating are asked to call the non-emergency dispatch center at (530)257-6121.

There is now an EMERGENCY EVACUATION SHELTER set up at the Lassen Community College Dormitories for Sheep Fire evacuees. Care, feed, and liability for animals sheltered at the fairgrounds is the sole responsibility of the animal’s owner. We appreciate the outpouring of help from community members willing to shelter friends, family, even strangers AND their animals. We are truly blessed to live in such a strong and caring community! www.readyforwildfire.org.
