Looking for a big heaping, helping of holiday cheer? Each weekend until Christmas at the Lassen County Fairgrounds’ annual Festival of Lights, visitors can ooh and ah at fantastic Christmas displays from their vehicles.
For fifteen years now the brilliant display of lights at the fairgrounds has been created by some dedicated individuals, local groups and organizations for people to drive through and enjoy. The amazing wonderland magically appears at the fairgrounds each year just in time for the holidays, with displays that are expected to be bigger, brighter and more awe-inspiring than the year before.
Vehicles enter the Jensen Hall entrance, driving through a variety of outdoor displays as they pass through the fairgrounds.
The Fair also features a display of community decorated Christmas trees at the marquee on Main Street. The beautiful trees decorate the entrance of town, welcoming travelers throughout the holiday season.
