Congratulations to Angie Bruce who wins a pair of tickets to Saturday’s Harvest Festival!

Thanks to everyone who entered our contest this week!

The Rotary Club of Susanville and Lassen County Cattleman’s Association are hosting a Harvest Festival as their annual fundraising event, this Saturday, September 22nd, from 5:00 to 9:00p.m. at The Lodge, formerly the Gables restaurant, on Johnstonville Road.

The event will feature beer, wine, tri-tip dinner, chili bar and music provided by Rickety Bridge of Chester.

Funds raised by the evening will go to support the many varied endeavors that the two organizations undertake each year.

Tickets, which can be purchased at Margie’s Book Nook, are $30 each.

You can also purchase raffle tickets for a Quarter of a Beef, these are $10 a ticket and can be purchased the same way as the event tickets.
