City of Susanville Hosting Safe and Sane ‘Halloween in the Park’ October 30th

Little trick-or-treaters will have a safe place to gather their Halloween candy this year thanks to the City of Susanville. The city-sponsored ‘Safe and Sane Halloween in the Park’ will be held Friday, October 30th, between 3:00 and 5:00p.m.

The event will be held at the Frank Ernaga Field at Memorial Ball Park on North Street and will feature games, candy and lots of Halloween fun.

Face masks are required throughout the event for everyone above the age of 2-years old. According to the California Department of Public Health, Halloween and costume masks are not an acceptable mask replacement.

How your business or organization can be a part of the fun

City Administrator Kevin Jones is asking businesses, organizations, groups and people to participate in the giving of candy or other items for the youth attending this event.

Please contact Jolene Arredondo at (530) 252-5106 or [email protected] to register your business, organization, or group.
