CHP Incident: Chino Man Arrested for DUI After Eagle Lake Road Rollover

A Chino, California resident was arrested for driving under the influence Friday morning after he rolled his Toyota 4Runner near Lake Forest Estates on the Eagle Lake Road.

The driver, identified by the California Highway Patrol as 51-year old Kevin Mack, was leaving Lake Forest and heading to Susanville when lost control of the 4Runner 2.3 miles north of Highway 36.

“Due to Mr. Mack’s high level of intoxication, he failed to negotiate a curve, and rolled his Toyota 4runner,” explains CHP Officer B. Beem in the report.

The officer conducted a series of field sobriety tests and determined that Mack had been driving while under the influence of alcohol.

He was arrested for DUI and was booked at Lassen County Jail.

“The California Highway Patrol would like to remind you to never drink and drive!”
