The Chamber board will meet on Thursday, June 14th for the monthly board meeting beginning at noon, at Lassen Ale Works at the Pioneer.
The board encourages public attendance and comment; if you would like to address the board please contact the office staff prior to the board meeting so that you can be added to the agenda.
Enjoy an evening concert under the stars featuring Lacy J. Dalton on Saturday, June 16th.
The concert will be held at Mariners Resort located at 509-725 Stone Road, at the North Shore of Eagle Lake, beginning at 6pm.
Concert tickets are available at the Chamber office at a discounted price of $20.00 per person or can be purchased at the door for $25.00 per person. Lassen Rural Bus will be available for rides to and from the concert from Susanville, Gallatin Marina, Spaulding, and Buck’s Bay, call for details on pickup times at 252-RIDE.
Food and bar concessions will be available throughout the concert, bring a lawn chair to relax and enjoy the music. For more information contact Mariner’s Resort at 825-3333.
The Annual Main Street Cruise Classic Car and Motorcycle Show-n-Shine is planned for Saturday, June 23, 2012, from 2-6pm, in Historic Uptown Susanville. Event awards will be announced beginning at 6:30pm on Pancera Plaza.
A street dance will be held on the Plaza featuring “Rockasauraus” sponsored by the Lassen County Arts Council from 7 to 9pm. A variety of vendors will be available throughout the event including food and beverages, and a beer and wine bar will be available on Pancera Plaza. Uptown merchants will be featuring special sales and promotions in conjunction with the event. Make plans to bring the family out for a great day of classic cars, motorcycles, food, and fun.
