The California Department of Transportation has several planned lane closures in Lassen County this week as pavement work continues on Highway 36 and 44.

7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Expect up to 16 minute delays and one-way controlled traffic 5.2 miles west of the 36/44 Junction to 1.7 miles west of the junction. The paving project will continue Friday from 7:00 to 3:00.

CalTrans will be doing pavement work on Hwy 44 from the Shasta/Lassen county line to 1.5 miles east of the Bogard rest area. Both directions will have one-way controlled traffic with up to 10 minute delays.

In the north county pavement work on Hwy 299 will affect both lanes of traffic and create up to 17 minute delays from 4.5 miles east of the Shasta/Lassen county line to .7 miles east of Nubeiber. The project will continue Friday from 7:00 to 3:00.
