There is big fun going on at the Lassen County Fairgrounds this weekend with more than 50 craft vendors and nearly 40 classic cars taking part in the huge Spring Craft Fair and Vintage Car Show.
Jensen Hall, the Industrial, Commercial and Floral buildings will all be full to the brim with neat stuff while the fairground’s midway will be filled up with hotrods and cruisers.
Along with the crafts there will also be yummy food from places like Idaho Groceries, GL&L Smokehouse and Sno-Cones by Jose Pena and Sno Mountain.
Friday evening at 6:00 you can catch a performance from the House of Dance and the J&J Dancers will perform Saturday morning at 10:45.
There will also be live music by local favorites ‘Forgery’ playing the songs that made other people famous, on Saturday from noon until 3:00p.m.
While you are at the fairgrounds don’t forget to vote for your favorite classic car. Your vote will help decide the ‘People’s Choice Award.’
Tonight, May 7th, gates are open from 4:00 to 8:00p.m. On Saturday the fairgrounds will open at 10:00a.m. and close at 3:00p.m.
