Anita June Langley

Anita June Langley passed away on December 24, 2018, at her home in Susanville, Ca., with her family at her side.

She was born in Scotia, Ca., on February 14, 1928.

Anita attended local schools and was a member of the Lassen High School class of 1945.

She worked in the box factory during the war.

Anita was an amazing homemaker, for all of her married life. She enjoyed gardening and baking and spending time with her family. One of her greatest joys was helping to take care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Bertha Lindquist, her sister, Marion Richardson; her brothers, Kenneth and Raymond Lindquist; and her husband of 64 years, Woodrow Langley.

She is survived by her son, Gary Langley(Susie), of Susanville, daughter, Sheila McCullough (Ken), of Susanville; Grandsons, Kevin McCullough, Susanville; Scott McCullough, Susanville Granddaughters; Kristin, Sparks; Rebecca, Susanville; Jennifer (David), Phoenix. Great -Grandson Ryan, Sparks; Great Granddaughters; McKenna, Acelyn, Emma Lee, Hallie, Susanville; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be scheduled in the Spring.
