It’s time for the 21st annual Lassen County Chamber of Commerce Main Street Cruise!
One of Susanville’s biggest events of the year, the Classic Car and Motorcycle Show brings folks from all over the west coast to spend Saturday afternoon in Historic Uptown Susanville.
The fun starts at 3:00 as Main Street will be closed to traffic and the classic cars and motorcycles are shined up and readied for visitors.
Car enthusiasts have a chance to win prizes in over 40 categories with all classes eligible for Best of Show and People’s Choice awards.
Admission to the event is as always absolutely free.
Musical entertainment will include Caravansarai, a Santana tribute band out of San Francisco. The day’s activities will begin at noon with an Arts and Crafts Show and kid’s activities on Pancera Plaza and North Gay Street coordinated by the Lassen County Arts Council.
A street dance will be held from 7:00 to 10:00 on Pancera Plaza featuring Sil Shoda, a Reno Rock Band, and Doug Sheehy’s Go Dog Go will close out the evening.
Bring a lawn chair to enjoy the evening entertainment. Food, beverages, and a beer/wine bar will be available all day and throughout the evening.
