Susanville’s Future Farmers of America competed in sectional finals Thursday to determine who advances to regional finals at Chico State in March.
In impromtu public speaking, Elena German placed 3rd. In extemporaneous public speaking Carlene Simpson placed 1st and Mikaela Hanes placed 2nd.
In the job interview portion of the finals Hannah Heimbigner placed 2nd and Christina West-Lucchesi placed 4th.
Novice and advanced Parliamentary procedure both placed 2nd.
“Congrats to all for the hard work,” says FFA advisor Elizabeth Ammon. “Regionals here we come!”
