June 18th, 19th and 20th, 2004 the Historic Uptown Susanville Association once again brought us their annual Susan's Birthday celebration featuring live music, crafts, games for kids and lots lots more. Here are some images of the celebration!

The Lassen County Arts Council presented the ninth annual chocolate festival this weekend as part of the Susan's Birthday celebration in uptown Susanville. The two day event was held in the lobby of the Saint Francis and featured live music and lots of great home made chocolate.
