For the second time this year a big rig rolled at the top of Susanville, where Hwy 36 enters town. Witnesses at the scene told authorities that the truck, which was hauling a load of cedar lumber, was not speeding as it turned the corner. Luckily no other vehicles or pedestrians were involved in the accident.
