Richmond Elementary held it's annual Veteran's Day flag raising ceremony Wednesday, October 10th. The event which honored local veterans featured musicians from several area schools, performances by Richmond school students and speeches by members of the local VFW including Shel Merchant, Commander of American Legion Post #204.
