The 11th Annual Rails to Trails Festival was held this weekend at the Historic Railroad Depot on Richmond Road. People from all over the west flocked to the event which featured handcar races, live music, arts and crafts, a bicycle exhibition, live performers and lots of fun. The three day festival which returned this year after a one year hiatus drew big crowds to the head of the Bizz Johnson Trail.
