The Susanville Elks Lodge and local Scouts presented their annual Flag Day ceremony on the lawn of the Elk’s Hall at the top of Susanville’s Main Street Tuesday evening.
The brief ceremony included a history of the flags that have flown above the United States at various times over the last two centuries, along with a flag salute and the Pledge of Allegiance.
