It was red, white and blue spirit day for students of Meadow View elementary school Friday and the kids celebrated by honoring some local vets for their service to our country.
The veterans introduced themselves to the kids and then were entertained by renditions of several patriotic songs, a tribute to the flag and the pledge of allegiance.
Thanks to all of the students, teachers and staff who worked so hard to put on a great show!
