Learn Life-Saving Skills This Saturday at Fire Department’s CPR and First-Aid Class

The Susanville Fire Department in cooperation with SEMSA and the Lassen County Health Department will be hosting a community CPR and First Aid class at the Susanville Fire Hall on April 21st.

“It is our mission to educate and support our community members as they may come to those in need of CPR or First Aid,” explains Fire Chief James Moore.

The class starts at 8:00a.m., and will last approximately 6-hours with a half hour lunch break.

This course is intended for the general public and will not meet professional rescuer requirements.

If you or anyone you know would like to learn this lifesaving skill or have any questions please call the Susanville Fire Department at 530-257-5152.

The class size is limited to 30 people and cost for participants is $17 each.
