The Lassen County Chamber of Commerce’s 127th Annual Chamber Membership Dinner & Awards Night will be held on Friday, February 27, 2015 beginning at 6pm, at Lassen Steaks. Prepaid reservations are now being taken at the Chamber office. The highlight of the evening will be honoring Frontier Communications as the “Chamber Member of the Year”, Lassen Ale Works as the “Chamber Business of the Year”, and Gary Felt as “Volunteer of the Year”.
The 9th Annual Spring Home Garden and Outdoor Recreation Show is being planned for Saturday, April 25, 2015, at the Lassen County Fairgrounds. The committee is already hard at work preparing for an outstanding event. If your business falls under the categories of home, garden, or outdoor recreation we encourage you to participate. Event attendance is 1200 to 1500 people so it is worthwhile and an inexpensive way to showcase your business at the show. 10’x10’ booth spaces are available on a first come first served basis. 2015 Labor Law posters are available for sale at the chamber office. The poster features all federal and state regulations on one poster. Businesses are required to post updated employment posters at each place of business. Stop by the Chamber office, located at 75 North Weatherlow Street, to purchase a copy for your business.
