Make plans to join us as we ring in the holiday season at the Thursday, December 3, 2015 Chamber Mixer that will be Co-hosted by at Every Bloomin’ Thing, Susanville Auto Center, and Port of Subs, from 5:30-7:30pm. The mixer will be held at Every Bloomin’ Thing located at 705-670 US Hwy. 395 East, Susanville. Stop by to enjoy some Christmas cheer and ring in the season with friends and business associates; you do not need to be a chamber member to attend everyone is welcomed.
The 10th Annual Magical Country Christmas Celebration that will be held Saturday, December 5th,  from 5-7pm, in Historic Uptown Susanville. The celebration will feature live entertainment, Christmas parade, food, Toys for Tots drive, and fireworks to ring in the Christmas season. Main Street will be closed to thru traffic during the celebration. Entry forms to participate in the parade are available at the Chamber office or by logging on to lassencountychamber.org.
The Chamber board is accepting applications to fill three expired board terms; the 3 year terms will begin in January 2016. Chamber members who are interested in helping to promote the business community and Lassen County by serving on the board are encouraged to apply. Stop by the Chamber office for an application or contact the chamber staff, at 257-4323, for more information or to have an application forwarded to you. Applications must be returned by Monday, December 7th. The board will select new board members at the December 10th board meeting.
