The Lassen County Arts Council is hosting their first Cork & Canvas event on April 3, from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. This Artist lead event provides your supplies, refreshments, and even an apron! Reservations and prepayment are required. The cost is $25 for members and $30 for non-members. They are limited to 15 participants. Susanville Kiwanis Club annual Easter Egg Hunt is held at the Lassen County Fairgrounds. The gates open at 9:30 and groups start at 10:00 with a different age group starting every 10 minutes. Wobblers to Toddlers – 10:00 am, Still Cute (ages 2-4) – 10:10 am, School Bound (ages 5-7) – 10:20 am, Watch Out (ages 8-10) 10:30 am. For more information, please call Kittie Edson (530) 257-9407.
Saturday, April 4
The Susanville Chapter of the Mule Deer Foundation invites you to the 4th annual banquet fundraising dinner. It will be held at the Diamond Mountain Casino in Susanville. Doors open at 5:00 pm. There will be auctions, raffles and games for rifles, shotguns and amazing artwork. Proceeds will be used to help restore deer habitat in Lassen County.
