Ranger-led Snowshoe Walks January through April. Ranger-led snowshoe walks are an excellent way to explore Lassen Volcanic National Park in its winter form. Walks are open to those 8 years and older and last 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The walks start at 1:30 pm at the Lassen Volcanic National Park Kohm Yah-mah-nee Visitor Center. A $1 donation to cover snowshoe maintenance is appreciated. Space is limited; free tickets are available each day inside of the visitor center.
