Lassen Community College will be offering two firearm training courses during the month of July:
GSS-52B-M8006 Firearms Training will be offered July 14-16. The hours for the class will be Thursday and Friday from 5:30pm to 9:20pm on campus in Room VT104 and Saturday 8am -11:50am, 12:30pm-4:20 pm at the Rice Canyon Range w/ Instructor Bob Chavez. This is a 16 hour course certified to qualify students to meet the minimum California requirement for a Carry Concealed Weapons permit.
GSS-52BR-M8508 Firearms Training Refresher will be offered Saturday July 30th at Rice Canyon Range, 8am – 3:50pm with Instructor Bob Chavez.
This 8 hour course is a refresher course to meet state requirement for a concealed weapons permit.
