It was a fun filled afternoon Friday as the Historic Uptown Susanville Association hosted it's annual Safe and Sane Halloween party. Main Street was blocked off for four hours while kids of all ages dressed up and trick or treated with local merchants. There were costume contests, live performances and plenty of candy!
