Both the traffic camera in the picture and Scott are 60 feet up in the air. So to get a rough idea of Scott's view from his crane take a look at the Caltrans camera at the corner of Riverside Drive and HWY 36 right next to McDonald's, Taco Bell and Plumas Bank.
