First Baby of the Year Born at Banner Lassen Medical Center

Lassen County’s 1^st Baby of the Year, Lilliana Kuartei, was born to proud parents, Emily Law and Chancy Kuartei, at 12:30pm on January 1^st 2013. She weighed 7lbs 8 oz and is 19 and a half inches long.

To help celebrate the occasion Liliana’s parents were presented with a gift basket made up of items donated by the staff at Banner Lassen Medical Center and Safeway.
