Grand Opening Celebration planned at Sierra Central Credit Union
Make plans to join us as we celebrate the grand open of Sierra Central Credit Union with a Chamber Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening Celebration, on Thursday, October 11, 2012, from 6pm to 8pm. Sierra Central Credit Union is located at 2920 Riverside Drive, Suite 101, Susanville. Please join us as we welcome Sierra Central Credit Union to the Lassen County business community. Stop by to meet the staff and learn more about the newest credit union; appetizers and beverages will be served.
The Chamber board will meet on Thursday, October 11, 2012, for the monthly board meeting beginning at noon, at Diamond Mountain Casino, in the hotel conference room. The board encourages public attendance and comment; if you would like to address the board please contact the office staff prior to the board meeting so that you can be added to the agenda.
The Chamber board of directors is accepting applications to fill a board vacancy; the term will expire in December 2014. Chamber members interested in representing the business community and sharing their time and talents by serving on the board are encouraged to apply. The Board is seeking a candidate who has business experience, community involvement, and the desire to represent the interests of the local business community.
Stop by the Chamber office, or call to receive an application to apply for the vacancy. The deadline to return an application to the Chamber office is Monday, November 5, 2012. A selection to fill the board vacancy will be made at the November 8th board meeting.
