Breaking News: Vegetation Fire Burning in Field Near Ladybug Lane and Center Road

Forward progress of the fire has been stopped by fire crews.

Firefighters are quickly gaining control of the vegetation fire and have begun to cancel some of the incoming resources.

5:26p.m. Update

Radio traffic indicates that the fire is currently around two acres in size, burning in brush and grass in a field with a moderate rate of spread.

5:21p.m. Breaking

Firefighting resources from multiple agencies are responding to a reported vegetation fire burning in a field near Ladybug Lane and Center Road.

Several wildland engines, one air tanker and one helicopter are en route.
