On March 14th our local Susanville Triple Threat basketball organization headed to Redding California to represent Susanville in the annual March Madness NORCAL HEAT tournament. Our 7th grade girls brought home the 1st place trophy in the 7th grade girls division. The 7th grade Triple Threat girls (coached by Danny Mena and Larry Memmott) went 4-0 in the two day tournament beating teams like the Lady Huskies, the Redding NORCAL HEAT, and the Fall River Bull Dogs.
Congratulations to Caitlin Crosby, Grace Memmott, Chelsea Williams, Hailey Mena, Jewel Kerby, Hailee Ebert, Taylor Greer, and Megan Gower for showing Northern California what team play, sportsmanship, and Triple Threat are all about! Great job ladies!
