This Saturday the Lassen County Office of Education will present their 24th annual Lassen County Children’s Fair.
Last year the Children’s fair played host to over 12,000 people of all ages who enjoyed nifty games, live entertainment, youth activities and low cost food.
According to the Office of Education the purpose of the fair is, “to provide an opportunity for families to spend a pleasant day together that will hopefully reduce tobacco, substance, and child abuse within Lassen County."
The Children’s Fair is intended to be a benefit to the community and not a profit-making opportunity.
