Police Investigate Attempted Commercial Burglary

The Susanville City Police Department is investigating an attempted burglary at a business on Johnstonville Road Friday, and is looking for help and information from the public.

According to Police Lieutenant Matt Wood, on October 12th, around 9:00a.m., officers responded to Tactical Reload, located at 4095 Johnstonville Road, on a reported attempted burglary of the business.

“Upon arrival,” said Wood, “officers were able to confirm that no entry had been made into the business. However, evidence was collected that showed the suspects attempted to force their way into the business.”
