Site of the local contest will be announced later and the public will be invited to hear Susanville’s finest speakers in competition.
The area contest will mark an important milestone of progress ;or speech training in this area.
During the three years since the local club was formed, a substantial number of Lassen county men have received excellent training in the art of public speaking. The Susanville Toastmasters meet each Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the New Commercial dining room.
