SUSANVILLE NEWS

The one-reel movie photographed by H.W. Largenow showing many scenes in Lassen county of interest to those agriculturally inclined and also scenes of the lumber industry, in the forest and at the mill, is now ready for exhibition.
It will be shown in Susanville, and Westwood and then routed through ‘Californians, Inc.” to eastern points.
The California Development board and United Chambers of Commerce will all show it. Before being sent to eastern points it will be shown in Reno. The office of Forest Supervisor, which was recently moved from Red Bluff to Susanville, is now permanently located in a new home in the Milwood Addition. A new building has been built expressly to house this office and especially adapted to the needs of the service.
The seven men connected with the Lassen National Forest, and their families, are now comfortably settled and express joy at the prospect of escaping the semi-annual move from Red Bluff to the Lassen forest an back.
