Susanville Renegades Honor Local Legends

The Susanville Renegades Beat North Valley on Tuesday July 10th at Memorial Park 7-5.

Ricky Loudermilk picked up the win with three innings of scoreless relief. Daniel Perry had a triple with two runs batted in and Travis Fuller also had a triple and drove in a run.

Jarrell Cunningham had 2 base hits, and Ryan Sharpe had a single. The last home event for the Renegades will be this Sunday at 11am.

Henri Sanchez and George Oakley were honored before the game. Both were long-time residents who have passed away and were active in American Legion and youth baseball.

Terry Wood was also honored and in attendance. Terry has over 40 years of broadcasting (KSUE), announcing (all sports, boys and girls) and writing ( Lassen Advocate). The announcers booth at Memorial Park is now named in his honor. I have had the privilege of knowing all 3 of these Gentleman and it has been an honor.
