The Susanville Renegades played in the Thomas Tucker all wood-bat tournament this weekend.

Susanville was joined by the Chico Suns, Redding South County, Siskiyous and Nevada Union. It was a good weekend of baseball for the Renegades winning 3 and losing 1.

In the first game Susanville beat Redding 10-2. Ryan Sharpe gets the win for the Renegades.  Jake Hatzell had a double, a base hit and 3 RBI’s. Colby Chavez and Ryan Sharpe each had a double, a basehit and an RBI. Logan Loflin and Billy Broad each had 2 base hits.

In game 2 Susanville beat Siskiyous 6-2. Kyle Winn gets the win for Susanville. Ryan Sharpe had a double and a single. Adrik Yacelga and Hunter Morris each with a double. Billy Broad and Colby Chavez each with a base hit.

Game 3 was the only loss for Susanville losing to Chico 4-5.  Colby Chavez was on the mound for the Renegades. Logan Loflin, Jake Hatzell, Colby Chavez, Ryan Sharpe, Billy Broad and Bill Dandois all had a base hit.

The Renegades beat Nevada Union 8-0 in their final game. Ryan Bereznek get the win. Colby Chavez and Travis Fuller each had a double. Adrik Yacelga, Ryan Sharpe and Hunter Morris each with a base hit.

The Renegades will be on the road to Reno next weekend for a tournament.
